Lead of the Information Technology Data Services group, providing database development and reporting services to Winona State University.

• Generate statistics, datasets and reports for internal and external customers. Provide university enrollment projections and analysis of financial, facility, human resource and enrollment data.
• Create self-service reports via Microsoft Reporting Services and develop analysis tools using Microsoft Analysis Services and Power BI.
• Create and maintain a number of data integrations with various products and services utilized by WSU (Acalog, StarRez, Nebraska Books, etc).

Lead a team of programmers developing and maintaining RTP's database-driven CRM and forms automation software (OnContact CMS), which is deployed in multiple locations in the United States and internationally. Work with teams throughout the company to design software features that will increase productivity and business intelligence. Administrator of RTP's Microsoft SQL 2000 and 2005 databases. Develop applications in the .Net environment. Administer Citrix Windows server and Linux webservers. Provide support to software end-users.

Lead programmer of mediawërks' database-driven content management and e-commerce web sites. Administer Windows 2003 server, including IIS 6.0 web server and MS SQL Server 2000. Responsible for security and uptime of servers. Specify purchases of server hardware, software, routers and firewalls. Provide technical support to customers.
